What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address (for delivery orders), and the contents of your order. When you create an account we additionally store your saved addresses and wishlist. We do not collect or store full card numbers — card details are entered directly into our payment provider's hosted page and never reach our servers.
Why we collect it
We use this information to prepare and deliver your order, to send you order status updates, to handle refunds when needed, and to comply with United Arab Emirates tax and consumer protection law. We do not sell or rent customer information to third parties.
Who we share it with
We share order details with: Supabase (our database and authentication provider), Stripe (our payment processor) when you choose card payment, Resend (our transactional email provider), and Meta WhatsApp Business (when we send order updates by WhatsApp). Each provider is contractually bound to use the data only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years to meet UAE accounting requirements. Account information is retained until you ask us to delete it. Marketing email addresses are removed within seven days of an unsubscribe request.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete your account at any time. Email info@napoli7.com from the email address you used to register.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, to remember the contents of your cart between visits, and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
