Ordering
Orders are confirmed once you receive an order number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the delivery address falls outside our zone, or we reasonably suspect fraud.
Pricing
Prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirham and include any applicable VAT. We may adjust prices without prior notice; the price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are good-faith estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unusually high demand do not entitle the customer to a refund unless explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Pickup
Pickup orders must be collected within thirty minutes of the time slot you selected. After thirty minutes, the order is considered abandoned and the kitchen may dispose of the food. No refund is owed for abandoned pickup orders.
Allergies
All pizzas are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and sesame. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free product. If you have a serious allergy please call before ordering and discuss it with the kitchen.
Promo codes
Promo codes are subject to the conditions stated where the code is offered. They cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value.
Account
You are responsible for the security of your account password. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account that is used to disrupt the service, harass our staff, or commit fraud.
Intellectual property
Photographs, logos, and copy on this site are owned by Napoli 7 or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Liability
Our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to registered customers and posted on this page.
